The 5th Energy Symposium of the Energy Innovation Europe (EIE) network takes place on 11th and 12th of September 2018 in Karlsruhe (Germany). This year’s event focuses on recent developments on hydrogen within the energy sector thereby covering the areas of electrolysis, production and refining, storage, use, e.g. in mobile and private applications and safety.

Conditions for participation
Due to a limitation of the number of participants, we kindly ask you to register in time until August 31, 2018. The application is confirmed together with the accounting. In case the limit of the number of participants is exceeded, the registration will be considered on a “first come first served” basis. The participation fee per person amounts to EURO 350, - plus 19% VAT.
The participation in the symposium for partners of the network “Energy Innovation Europe” is free of charge.
The participation fee includes: Evening event incl. guided tours and dinner, meeting documents, food and drinks. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, but not later than 5 days before the start of the symposium. In the case of a cancellation by 28th August 2018, we charge a processing fee of EURO 50, - plus 19% VAT. If the cancellation is made after 28th August 2018, the full participation fee is to be paid according to the invoice. The designation of a substitute participant is possible at any time. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, EurA AG reserves the right to cancel the event. In case of cancellation of an event the participants will be notified immediately and already paid participant fees will be reimbursed. Any further claims are excluded. In exception and if necessary only, EurA AG reserves the right to make changes in the meeting program and to exchange speakers in a reasonable extent.
